Salary: $105,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Design and maintain robust office networking and automated endpoint management systems.
• Own the IT service desk lifecycle and streamline request management protocols.
• Manage end-to-end hardware procurement, inventory, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Develop IT roadmaps, forecast budgets, and coordinate large-scale technology upgrades.
• Partner with InfoSec to implement zero-trust access mechanisms and participate in compliance audits.
• Lead strategic IT projects by establishing timelines and managing deliverables.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Enterprise IT.
• Expertise in managing macOS and Windows environments with MDM solutions like Jamf or Kandji.
• Deep proficiency with Identity & Access Management platforms such as Okta.
• Experience managing secure networking infrastructure and endpoint protection services.
• Must be able to work onsite in Denver at least 2 days per week.
• Experience working within a startup environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience within digital health.
• Expertise in Data Loss Prevention software.
• Prior ownership and management of JIRA.
• Demonstrable experience with IT budgeting and forecasting.
