Salary: USD $130,000 - USD $160,000 / year

What you will do

• Own device procurement, provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, resets, and redeployment across the corporate device fleet
• Administer IT access provisioning and security for less-sensitive systems (standard user access and admin lists)
• Maintain endpoint protection and anti-virus/endpoint security tools for corporate devices
• Administer workspace IT and networking infrastructure for the San Jose office (Wi‑Fi, server room equipment, videoconferencing)
• Provide remote support for Hong Kong office networking and videoconferencing systems
• Handle day-to-day employee IT support requests via helpdesk tickets and coordinate with vendors for outsourced IT operations

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration
• Hands-on device management experience using MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, or similar)
• Working knowledge of corporate account/productivity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace admin console)
• Familiarity with core networking concepts (Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls) and videoconferencing systems (e.g., Zoom Rooms)
• Experience with endpoint security tools (anti-virus/EDR) and basic access-control administration (e.g., 2FA)
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across time zones (Hong Kong, U.S., and Europe)

Nice to have

• Experience with device management strategy (MDM/MAID tooling selection and roadmap) and balancing security with operational efficiency
• Experience contributing to access provisioning/security strategy for more sensitive systems (e.g., MFA/2FA policy)
• Experience with business application procurement, contract negotiation, or vendor management
• Experience supporting a hybrid or multi-office environment
• Experience in consumer tech, gaming, or hardware companies
