What you will do

• Provide senior-level remote support for a distributed workforce via Slack, Zoom, and remote tools.
• Own the end-to-end user lifecycle, including account provisioning, device shipment, and clean offboarding.
• Administer the identity stack in Rippling, managing SCIM connections, SSO/MFA, and MDM configurations.
• Develop and extend AI-powered IT operations using Console.com (ARIA) to automate routine workflows.
• Enforce access controls and endpoint hardening to support SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Create and maintain structured runbooks and SOPs in Notion for AI retrieval and team knowledge.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of IT support or IT engineering experience in a remote, SaaS-heavy environment.
• Must be based in the USA (indicated by 401k, HSA, and FSA benefits).
• Deep hands-on experience with Rippling (IDP, SCIM, MDM, Workflows).
• Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, SCIM, OAuth, and MFA.
• Advanced macOS administration skills and proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience operating under SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta identity architecture.
• Experience with AI ITSM platforms like Risotto or Unthread.
• Ability to perform shell scripting and light automation.
