What you will do
- Own end-to-end A/V setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for all conference rooms and event spaces.
- Manage the full employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning across core systems.
- Administer asset management, including tracking, deployment, and conducting quarterly inventory audits.
- Build and maintain IT automations using low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier, n8n, and Okta Workflows.
- Provide high-touch "white-glove" IT support to executive leadership to minimize disruptions.
- Serve as an escalation point for Tier I & II support, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or end-user support engineering.
- Must be based in New York and available to work onsite 5 days per week.
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for troubleshooting and documentation.
- Hands-on expertise with A/V systems, conference room technology, and MDM platforms (JAMF or comparable).
- Experience with IAM platforms like Okta and building automations via Zapier or n8n.
- Strong working knowledge of MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android OS.
Nice to have
- Jamf 100 & Jamf 200 certifications.
- Experience working in a highly regulated HIPAA environment.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or formal service management practices.
