Customer Revenue Analyst (SaaS/RevOps): Managing revenue performance, forecasting, and retention modeling for a global supply chain organization with an accent on data-driven storytelling and cross-functional alignment. Focus on building complex growth scenarios, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and developing predictive Power BI dashboards to bridge the gap between Account teams and Customer Success.

What you will do
- Own annual revenue planning, monthly forecasting, and churn risk simulations for enterprise customers.
- Design and maintain lead-to-cash workflows and opportunity stage governance within HubSpot.
- Build and maintain executive Power BI dashboards tracking pipeline health, retention metrics, and team productivity.
- Coordinate with the Deal Desk on non-standard renewal pricing and contract terms.
- Implement AI workflow orchestration within HubSpot to improve operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary bridge between Account Management, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
- At least 5 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced HubSpot expertise including custom reporting, workflow automation, and deal pipeline management.
- Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and embedded dashboard creation.
- Strong Excel skills for ad-hoc modeling and scenario analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights.
