TL;DR

Customer Revenue Analyst (SaaS/RevOps): Managing revenue performance, forecasting, and retention modeling for a global supply chain organization with an accent on data-driven storytelling and cross-functional alignment. Focus on building complex growth scenarios, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and developing predictive Power BI dashboards to bridge the gap between Account teams and Customer Success.

Location: Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.

What you will do

  • Own annual revenue planning, monthly forecasting, and churn risk simulations for enterprise customers.
  • Design and maintain lead-to-cash workflows and opportunity stage governance within HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain executive Power BI dashboards tracking pipeline health, retention metrics, and team productivity.
  • Coordinate with the Deal Desk on non-standard renewal pricing and contract terms.
  • Implement AI workflow orchestration within HubSpot to improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary bridge between Account Management, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise including custom reporting, workflow automation, and deal pipeline management.
  • Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and embedded dashboard creation.
  • Strong Excel skills for ad-hoc modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights.
