TL;DR

Revenue Strategy & Planning Manager (SaaS): Driving predictable revenue growth by strengthening forecasting discipline and improving pipeline visibility with an accent on data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. Focus on building scalable revenue models, supporting annual planning cycles, and partnering with leadership to optimize go-to-market execution.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Ability to work Eastern Time (ET) hours is required.

Salary: $134,500 - $160,952 USD

What you will do

  • Own and improve the revenue forecasting framework, including methodology, governance, and weekly/quarterly cadence.
  • Build and maintain performance models to provide actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion, and gap-to-plan.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, including territory strategy, capacity planning, and quota assumptions.
  • Partner with the GTM AI Ops & Automation function to integrate intelligence into the revenue operating rhythm.
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting for business reviews, Revenue All Hands, and Pipeline Council meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve data quality and reporting consistency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or related analytical roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in the United States and able to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
  • Advanced revenue modeling skills and deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics.
  • Salesforce proficiency is required; experience with forecasting tools like Clari or Gong is strongly preferred.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making through data.
  • Proven project management and stakeholder management experience across GTM teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Thoughtspot.
  • SQL or data warehouse experience.
  • Familiarity with CPQ or product-level revenue analysis.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-segment revenue organizations.
