What you will do
- Support the execution of the technical roadmap for a 10+ tool revenue tech stack.
- Maintain business rhythms including user provisioning, troubleshooting, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for integrations and automations.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, renewals, and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective tool implementation and aligned reporting.
- Document workflows and support processes to enable self-service for end users.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or Canada
- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or system administration supporting go-to-market teams.
- Hands-on experience with at least two revenue tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, or similar.
- Understanding of system integrations, data management, and automation concepts.
- Ability to identify workflow gaps and translate them into practical technical improvements.
- Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
Nice to have
- Experience leveraging AI to automate workflows or build agents.
- Familiarity with business-to-business SaaS go-to-market motions.
- Data skills such as Salesforce reporting, SQL, or Python.
- Experience with automation tools like Workato or Zapier.
