What you will do
- Manage and coach a Revenue Insights Analyst and scale the team as the scope of the role grows.
- Own and refine forecast methodology and accuracy across all revenue streams, leading executive performance reviews.
- Build capacity models and lead annual/quarterly planning, including quota and territory planning processes.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights regarding CAC, sales effectiveness, and full-funnel velocity.
- Build and maintain pipeline reporting, including coverage, conversion, progression, and aging.
- Implement AI-driven approaches to automate draft narratives and enhance anomaly detection in forecasting.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in RevOps, FP&A, or analytics roles.
- Proven expertise in strong forecasting and financial modeling.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce.com and Clari for reporting and pipeline data structures.
- Advanced Excel and BI skills; experience with AI/ML tools applied to analytics is a plus.
- Experience supporting executive-level decision-making and prior people management experience.
- Must be based in the US
