What you will do
- Own core GTM planning cycles including quota setting, territory design, and capacity planning.
- Drive QBRs and business reviews to translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Manage the weekly operating rhythm, including forecast calls and pipeline health inspections.
- Build scalable, repeatable processes to remove manual work and improve data quality.
- Act as a power user of Salesforce and BI tools to ensure accurate reporting.
- Integrate AI tools into operational workflows to automate analysis and accelerate decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, revenue, or field operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on command of GTM planning components like quota, territory, and financial planning.
- Strong analytical toolkit including advanced spreadsheet modeling and BI tool fluency (Omni, Looker, or Tableau).
- Must be comfortable working directly in Salesforce.
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Practical experience applying AI to operational tasks.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SQL/SOQL.
- Experience with the modern data stack, specifically dbt.
- Experience supporting a multi-country EMEA region.
