What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end paid media strategy across channels including Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Oversee day-to-day relationships with external paid media agencies to ensure KPI accountability.
  • Lead the development and A/B testing of creative assets and copy to maximize conversion rates.
  • Drive first-party data acquisition strategies to increase email sign-ups and registered users.
  • Analyze performance metrics and synthesize data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on D2C strategy and cross-channel attribution.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta and programmatic campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage external agency or vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid office attendance.
