What you will do

• Own the regional growth strategy for North America, translating business objectives into channel mix and investment decisions.
• Manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget ($10M+) with accountability for MAU, revenue, and ROAS.
• Lead performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, Pinterest, and SEM.
• Drive creative strategy and high-velocity A/B testing to optimize the paid user journey from impression to activation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, and Data teams to shape market narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing at a scaled consumer tech or DTC brand.
• Proven experience owning significant budgets ($10M+) and delivering real business outcomes.
• Hands-on depth in diagnosing and optimizing paid social and video campaigns.
• Proficiency in measurement methodologies including MMM, geo-lift incrementality, and holdout studies.
• Must be based in or able to operate from the San Francisco hub.
