Focus on building full-funnel search/social plans, scaling performance via smart bidding and native automation, and translating measurement data into executive-level growth narratives.

What you will do

  • Own paid search and paid social strategy and execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, app ecosystems, and Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn platforms.
  • Plan and manage integrated search + social media plans against client growth forecasts, including keyword architecture, query mapping, audience/targeting frameworks, and full-funnel roadmaps.
  • Build and optimize campaigns directly in-platform (segmentation, ad/creative rotation, and bid strategy) to maximize efficiency and return on spend.
  • Implement and scale automation (smart bidding, feed-based automation, scripts, and native platform automation like Advantage+ and Smart Performance).
  • Run structured creative testing with Creative partners to manage ad fatigue and continuously feed winning concepts into the testing cycle.
  • Own end-to-end conversion tracking and reporting, partnering with Analytics and Tech on GA4, GTM, server-side tracking, and platform pixels/APIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns in an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Deep platform expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and app ecosystems (e.g., Apple Search Ads, Google UAC) plus Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong command of keyword architecture, query mapping, bidding models, audience building, targeting, and creative testing.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar media budgets with accountability for CPA/CAC, ROAS, and ROI.
  • Advanced analytical skills to translate campaign data into business recommendations.
  • Work authorization in the United States is required; hirify.global does not intend to pursue visa sponsorship (e.g., H1-B, F-1 OPT, TN).
