What you will do

• Monitor and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
• Implement innovative paid social strategies and detailed A/B and multivariate testing calendars.
• Collaborate with internal Creative teams and external agencies to produce high-performing ads.
• Manage budget allocation based on last-touch and MMM performance.
• Build and maintain AI agents and agentic workstreams to accelerate innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social media execution (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
• Proven experience managing acquisition, retail, or e-commerce campaigns with clear results.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs in spreadsheets.
• Experience with brand lift, conversion lift, and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Ability to present performance data to Director-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City headquarters (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn and Reddit paid campaigns.
• Experience creating media-specific agentic workstreams.
