Salary: $165,000 - $185,000 base + annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range planning cycles aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain financial models focused on SaaS metrics (ARR, GDR, NDR, CAC, LTV).
• Produce KPI dashboards and financial reporting for the board, executive team, and PE sponsors.
• Partner with functional leaders on P&L cadences, capital allocation, and growth investments.
• Manage lender reporting and ensure covenant compliance under credit agreements.
• Analyze the financial impact of new strategic initiatives and corporate strategy through ad-hoc modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate accounting within high-growth organizations.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS business models and revenue recognition.
• Strong proficiency in GAAP and consolidated financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lakewood, Colorado, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with PE-backed companies or the software/tech industry.
• Knowledge of international subsidiaries and foreign currency management.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, Alteryx, or Tableau.
• M&A experience encompassing due diligence and post-merger optimization.
