Salary: $209,100 – $324,100 USD

What you will do

• Define and evolve multi-year Data and AI platform roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and security.
• Implement Data and AI governance controls and platform-level security best practices for the EDP.
• Develop design patterns for agentic AI applications using Databricks, OpenAI, Claude, and Snowflake Cortex.
• Lead technical execution for large multi-team delivery efforts using modern DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor engineers and guide build-vs-buy decisions for platform tools and frameworks.
• Manage and improve the Data Portal for self-service data cataloging and sharing.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in data platforms, AI/ML infrastructure, and automation.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the USA; the foundation does not provide immigration sponsorship.
• Expertise with Databricks (Lakeflow, Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog) and Azure.
• Experience with Snowflake (Iceberg, Horizon, Cortex AI) and Terraform (IaC).
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and NLP pipelines.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in C# .Net, Python, or PowerShell.
• Previous experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Collibra data catalog.
