What you will do

• Provide executive-level support including calendar, meeting, and travel management for senior leadership.
• Own day-to-day operational workflows to ensure business efficiency.
• Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items.
• Support hiring operations and onboarding processes.
• Plan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-end.
• Maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Specialist in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth settings.
• Must be able to work in-office with leadership in the Bay Area.
• Strong organization, communication, and judgment skills.
• Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
