EA and Operations Specialist - Bay Area (AI)

What you will do

• Provide executive-level support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meetings, and travel.
• Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the business running efficiently.
• Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items.
• Support hiring operations, onboarding, internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences.
• Plan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-end.
• Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or in a similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities.
• Strong organization, communication, and judgment.
• Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
• Comfort working in-office with leadership.
