hirify.global is building an AI operating system that helps large enterprises manage the complexity of legacy SAP systems and move faster.

What you will do

• Run hirify.global’s New York office, including facilities, events, team activities, and future office moves.
• Organize company meetups and partner events with leading AI and technology companies.
• Support US hiring from interviews and onsites through onboarding and the new-hire experience.
• Build the operational backbone of the US business with legal and finance partners.
• Develop local culture, team rituals, and collaboration across hirify.global’s offices.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build practical solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-moving environment with high standards.
• Strong organization, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working with founders, customers, and senior leaders.
• Responsibility for budgets, contracts, and operational details.
• Based in New York or ready to relocate there, with daily office presence required.
