What you will do

• Supervise the Marketing Operations Coordination team in US, Canada, and LATAM, managing workloads and ensuring success.
• Lead onboarding, training, and regular performance evaluations for new hires.
• Standardize operations, document best practices, and optimize work intake processes.
• Maintain optimization of staff assignments and oversee marketing report processing.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management SME to ensure SOW/SLA compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Present quarterly operational challenges and improvements to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of MLR coordination, execution, and management experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and SOW/SLA agreements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Must be based in the US (aligned to US geographic pay areas).

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
