What you will do

• Serve as the primary business owner for the speaker bureau platform and portal.
• Lead new bureau implementations and coordinate launch planning sessions.
• Identify and implement operational improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal developers to translate client needs into functional technical requirements.
• Conduct ongoing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployments.
• Develop and maintain team playbooks, training materials, and work instructions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working with speaker bureaus or related platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Zoom, and Teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and training.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States as this role is limited to select U.S. locations.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment and training delivery.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and submission workflows, including MLR processes.
