What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain and grow assigned regional accounts.
- Achieve annual sales, volume, and contribution margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, technical, and production stakeholders.
- Lead pricing and commercial negotiations using value-based selling principles.
- Coordinate internal resources including R&D, technical service, and supply chain teams.
- Allocate 20-30% of time to prospecting and new business development.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in Germany.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related technical field.
- Minimum 6 years of industrial sales experience.
- Proven success in managing strategic or key B2B accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Nice to have
- Experience in adhesives, chemicals, packaging, or industrial manufacturing markets.
- Ability to support customer trials and troubleshoot technical product applications.
- Strong understanding of market trends and raw material dynamics.
