What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain and grow assigned regional accounts.
  • Achieve annual sales, volume, and contribution margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement, technical, and production stakeholders.
  • Lead pricing and commercial negotiations using value-based selling principles.
  • Coordinate internal resources including R&D, technical service, and supply chain teams.
  • Allocate 20-30% of time to prospecting and new business development.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in Germany.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 6 years of industrial sales experience.
  • Proven success in managing strategic or key B2B accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

  • Experience in adhesives, chemicals, packaging, or industrial manufacturing markets.
  • Ability to support customer trials and troubleshoot technical product applications.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and raw material dynamics.
