What you will do
- Develop and maintain deep, multi-layered relationships with key partners through regular visits, emails, and calls.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex operational and strategic blockers throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive deals to meet strategic targets.
- Optimize customer experience by addressing integration and booking issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and support partner success.
- Conduct deep analysis of partner performance data to influence strategy and product optimization.
Requirements
- German fluency (required) and business-level English.
- 7+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or a related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with experience collaborating with C-Level stakeholders.
- Solid proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite.
- Strong understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the fitness or wellbeing industry.
- Experience using Salesforce and Metabase.
