What you will do

  • Develop and maintain deep, multi-layered relationships with key partner stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and secure exclusive deals to achieve partnership targets.
  • Identify and resolve complex operational and strategic blockers throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Analyze partner performance data to influence strategy and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and ensure partner success.
  • Optimize the customer experience by resolving integration and booking issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or a related field.
  • German fluency (required) and business-level English.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders (C-Level).
  • Strong understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and GSuite.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the fitness or wellbeing industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Metabase.
