What you will do

• Manage end-to-end program delivery for customer solutions involving hardware, software, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with customers to define scope, requirements, and priorities to drive business value.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to execute technical requirements.
• Own project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for individual projects and broader programs.
• Manage change and stakeholder expectations both internally and externally.
• Drive process improvement by establishing best practices and scalable delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• B.S. in engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, project/program management, or technical consulting.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
• Expertise in industrial or process engineering with a focus on lean manufacturing.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations and manage diverse stakeholder perspectives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
