Customer Solutions Program Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of customer solutions involving hardware, software application development, and multiple system integrations.
• Define solution scope, requirements, and priorities with customers while aligning delivery to business value.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to define requirements and execute technical solutions.
• Own project and program plans, timelines, risks, change management, and stakeholder communication.
• Document lessons learned, establish best practices, and develop scalable delivery frameworks.

Requirements

• B.S. in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, project or program management, management consulting, or comparable technical environments.
• Expertise in industrial or process engineering, process improvement, and lean manufacturing optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to develop project plans and frameworks independently in ambiguous situations.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
