Quality Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Implement the One hirify.global Quality Operating System and ensure compliance with IATF16949 global automotive quality standards.
• Develop and improve quality systems, auditing processes, and management reviews consistent with customer and corporate requirements.
• Manage customer relationships, handle scorecards, and drive "Voice of Customer" initiatives to facilitate productive workflows.
• Champion problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action validation for internal and external opportunities.
• Direct and lead the Advanced Product Quality Process (APQP/PPAP) and report on key Quality and Operational KPIs.
• Coach and mentor quality colleagues to support talent development and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of experience in Quality with significant managerial and leadership experience.
• Mandatory knowledge of IATF16949, ISO, and AIAG requirements.
• Tier 1 automotive quality experience.
• ASQ or equivalent certification.
• Excellent English language skills.

Nice to have

• Significant global experience.
• Previous experience specifically as a Quality Manager.
• Experience in functions other than quality, such as process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or material planning.
• Secondary language capability.
