What you will do

• Handle customer complaints, lead root cause analysis, and track the effectiveness of corrective measures.
• Manage the timely completion and closure of 8D reports.
• Improve internal processes and raw material quality through QRQC and MRB tracking.
• Track new project milestones, identify critical characteristics, and complete Control Plans (CP).
• Execute PPAP submissions and develop/analyze MSA plans for new processes and equipment.
• Prepare documentation and lead onsite activities for internal and external quality audits.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a QE (PQE, CQE, or AQE).
• Experience in the automotive or mechanical-electronics industry.
• Proficiency in using the five core quality tools.
• Good English speaking and listening abilities.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in standard office software.
