What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled adoption approaches.
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate insights into actionable adoption plans and KPIs.
• Design and facilitate workshops for executives and leaders to drive alignment and readiness.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, communications, and structured recommendations for transformation roadmaps.
• Create high-quality organizational change deliverables such as stakeholder maps and RACI matrices.
• Coach junior team members and collaborate with business and technology teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
• Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts applied to enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience in facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
• Ability to link change activities to measurable outcomes and adoption metrics.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in the United States.
