What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery with clear accountability for execution and outcomes of complex technology engagements.
- Drive program recovery through structured plans and decisive corrective actions.
- Manage performance and accountability across global onshore-offshore teams, addressing underperformance proactively.
- Lead delivery within a Systems Integrator (SI) context, balancing competing priorities between clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
- Resolve critical delivery challenges including communication gaps, time zone misalignment, and quality issues.
- Direct stakeholder communication, escalations, and decision-making with a focus on resolution.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Technical Project or Delivery Management roles.
- Mandatory: Systems Integration (SI) experience with proven delivery ownership.
- Proven track record of turning around challenging projects.
- Experience managing custom-developed enterprise applications in Java, .NET, or Cloud ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery lifecycles, and engineering workflows.
- Must be based in the US to support hybrid work in specified locations.
