What you will do

• Lead and support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and capacity.
• Maintain shop floor presence to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop, document, and implement manufacturing work instructions and operational procedures.
• Utilize statistical tools and engineering methods to validate and qualify manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet strategic business objectives.
• Promote and adhere to safety leadership and Zero & Beyond culture standards.

Requirements

• Must be an active undergraduate student in industrial engineering, chemistry, industrial production, mechanics, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, theories, and concepts.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage project stakeholders.
• Strict attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills.
