What you will do

• Support Industrial Engineering activities in the production area.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect and evaluate production data and performance indicators.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and production layouts.
• Support the implementation of new processes, equipment, and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and Industrial Engineering.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate-level English or higher required.
• Availability to work full-time, 8 hours per day on weekdays, according to production and business needs.
