TL;DR

Intern - Focused Improvement (Engineering): Participating in the implementation and maintenance of the Focus Improvement methodology within Word Class Manufacturing Structure with an accent on factory capacity analysis and losses identification. Focus on improvement activities implementation in close collaboration with Focus Improvement Technicians.

What you will do

• Collaborate with manufacturing functions on factory capacity analysis and losses identification.
• Actively participate in daily Cell meetings in Coating Area, helping to assess Coating losses and results monitoring.
• Participate in Improvement Teams, helping the group in losses analysis and actions implementation.
• Assist in monitoring main factory performance indicators during Daily Production Meetings.

Requirements

• Training: A degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• English Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication skills in a professional setting.
• Spanish Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish, with native-level speaking and writing capabilities, enabling seamless communication in both formal and informal contexts.
• Maintain an educational entity linked to a Spanish University.
