What you will do

• Run requirements-gathering across the business to define intranet functionality and user needs.
• Lead the RFP process, vendor selection, and business case development for the new platform.
• Design scalable information architecture and site navigation to ensure content findability.
• Partner with People and CorpEng teams to migrate policies, benefits, and onboarding information.
• Manage technical integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, and SSO systems.
• Own ongoing channel management, editorial calendars, and performance analytics post-launch.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in internal communications, digital workplace, or employee experience.
• Proven track record of leading an intranet build or relaunch from selection through go-live.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Confluence, Notion, Staffbase, Interact, or Simpplr.
• Strong knowledge of information architecture, content governance, and digital employee experiences.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects under tight timelines.
• Must be based in the US to align with corporate engineering and stakeholder requirements.
