Salary: $150,000–$215,000 USD (San Francisco Bay Area/NYC: $173,000–$215,000; other US: $150,000–$185,000) + bonuses, equity, benefits

What you will do

• Own program roadmaps, milestones, and metrics across engineering teams and product surfaces.
• Lead end-to-end beta programs: onboarding partners, feedback synthesis, rollout coordination, go/no-go decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, design, and external partners at senior levels.
• Report program health and tradeoffs to VP and leadership.
• Introduce scalable processes and norms to improve team execution.
• Partner with engineering leads on scope, sequencing, and release readiness.

Requirements

• Deep experience driving complex cross-functional programs in product engineering org
• Strong technical fluency: engage on architecture, tradeoffs, system design; read specs and API docs
• Demonstrated track record running external beta/partner programs with outcomes
• Ability to influence seniors and drive decisions without authority
• Exceptional written/verbal communication, including executive reporting
• Experience in technical/engineering org with software dev cycles, dependencies, technical debt
• Expected to actively use AI tools for planning, feedback synthesis, status reports, pattern identification
