Salary: $118,000–$151,000 annually

What you will do
- Contribute to building and improving platform services, writing code, and supporting deployments.
- Design and implement solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and developer experience.
- Maintain and operate core systems including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and monitoring.
- Participate in incident response and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into practical platform solutions.
- Take ownership of tasks and projects while developing towards larger platform areas.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Hands-on experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
- Experience contributing to the operation of production systems in a distributed or cloud environment.
- Familiarity with security best practices and automation tools.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
- Knowledge of Datadog, RabbitMQ, Terraform, and PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to multi-team environments or shared platform services.
- Interest in data-focused systems like analytics, telemetry, or IoT.
