TL;DR

Bilingual Associate Account Manager (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end renewal motion for the Flash SMB segment with an accent on pricing migrations, churn prevention, and expansion identification. Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote with access to Montreal office).

Salary: $75k – $85k (Base), OTE: $94k–$107k.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end renewal motion for the Flash segment, running proactive 90/60/30-day cycles.
  • Accelerate pricing migration conversations to move legacy customers to the new platform model.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot pipeline data to ensure reliable forecasting.
  • Identify expansion signals and collaborate with Account Managers on high-growth accounts.
  • Use AI tools like Claude to personalize outreach and build account briefs at scale.
  • Monitor churn signals and execute playbooks to retain customers.

Requirements

  • Bilingual French-English proficiency is a must.
  • 1+ years of experience in renewal, inside sales, or customer success with ownership of a quota.
  • Experience managing a high-volume account book, preferably at the SMB scale.
  • Strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene.
  • Daily proficiency with AI tools like Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT.
  • Must be based in Canada.

  • Experience navigating pricing or packaging transitions.
  • Background in SaaS or HR tech.
