TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving new business growth for the Gingr platform by managing the full sales cycle for pet services businesses with an accent on prospecting, pipeline management, and product demonstrations. Focus on building trusted advisor relationships with business owners and executing a territory-based sales strategy.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Compensation: $105,000–$115,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Field inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and sales presentations for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasts within Salesforce.
  • Travel to industry trade shows 3-4 times per year to represent the brand.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and existing customers to identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • 2 to 3 years of inbound or outbound B2B sales experience.
  • Strong ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to explain complex software solutions to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Gingr platform.
  • Familiarity with the pet services or pet care industry.
