What you will do

• Grow new business sales and expand existing customer estates.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account and opportunity plans.
• Engage with multi-level stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Partner with regional inside renewals teams to drive upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales and professional services to conduct workshops and develop solutions.
• Manage sales CRM tools and produce accurate weekly revenue forecasts.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English proficiency required
• Must be based in Italy
• Proven track record in enterprise account management and consultative selling within the cybersecurity or IT sector.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing distressed accounts.
• Strong understanding of cloud migration and digital transformation trends.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with channel partners and system integrators.
