Salary: $125,500 — $288,500 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, delivering solution architecture and pre-sales expertise to mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Lead end-to-end sales engagements from discovery and solution design to technical validation and POC execution.
• Apply expertise in virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, and security to solve complex customer challenges.
• Articulate the business and technical value of proposed solutions to help customers reduce risk and optimize costs.
• Educate clients on the intersection of AI, machine learning, and LLMs with trusted data governance.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to audiences ranging from practitioners to executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales systems engineering or solutions architecture for mid-market to enterprise clients.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of owning technical outcomes that directly support deal closure.
• Strong technical foundation in compute, virtualization, cloud services, networking, and security.
• Excellent communication skills for leading customer-facing presentations and public speaking.
• Foundational understanding of AI, ML, and LLMs in the context of data governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application data protection.
• Knowledge of SaaS data resilience for platforms like Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in API-driven automation, REST APIs, and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Expertise in cyber recovery, clean-room architectures, and ransomware recovery workflows.
• Understanding of data governance and policy-driven protection models.
