• 10+ years managing field programs with direct pipeline accountability.
• 7+ years scaling field marketing programs in fast-growing tech companies.
• 5+ years building and leading high-performing field marketing teams.
• Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using SFDC and Tableau.
• Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, lead scoring, and revenue operations in B2B environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet export control compliance requirements.
