What you will do

• Own the end-to-end B2B marketing strategy across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts.
• Develop integrated marketing programs to generate awareness, qualified pipeline, and revenue.
• Build and scale demand generation initiatives across digital, events, partnerships, and content.
• Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline velocity through ABM programs.
• Create compelling messaging, positioning, and narratives tailored for enterprise buyers and technical executives.
• Influence product roadmap and GTM strategy using customer insights and market intelligence.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or GTM leadership.
• Proven track record of building marketing programs at high-growth SaaS or AI companies.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and Fortune 500 customers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and performance reporting.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on builder in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with PLG motions and self-serve to enterprise conversion strategies.
