What you will do

• Own the editorial engine and content strategy across internal and external platforms to drive organic traffic and customer conversions.
• Design and operate a scalable content production system including LLM prompts, QA gates, and human-edit checkpoints.
• Optimize content for discovery on Google and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Enforce strict editorial standards for accuracy, sourcing, and credibility in YMYL (Your Money Your Life) financial content.
• Track performance metrics focused on customer conversion and AI-citation targets rather than just page views.
• Manage a lean team including direct reports, AI agents, and a freelance bench.

Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
• Proven editorial taste and ability to produce compelling content for both humans and LLMs.
• Expertise in AI and LLM tools for drafting, research, synthesis, and automation.
• Strong understanding of evolving discovery landscapes including SEO and AEO.
• Bachelor’s degree.
