What you will do

• Manage multi-channel campaign execution across paid search, content, email, and social media.
• Lead ABM strategy and execution using Demandbase and Apollo to target high-value retail accounts.
• Drive AI adoption across the marketing function to sharpen campaign efficiency, targeting, and reporting speed.
• Own organic search strategy including traditional SEO and AI-powered discovery (AEO, GEO) across multiple brands.
• Execute the CRO roadmap, optimizing website technical performance, page speed, and tracking accuracy.
• Build reporting frameworks to translate acquisition and conversion data into actionable growth recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in growth or digital marketing with direct ownership of paid search and SEO.
• Proven expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and SEO/AEO tooling.
• Experience running ABM programs within a B2B environment featuring long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple brands with distinct buyer personas and competitive dynamics.
• Must be based onsite in Aventura, FL

• Experience in B2B wholesale, liquidation, reverse logistics, or supply chain adjacent categories.
