What you will do
- Own web-driven GMV and blended contribution economics as the primary business metric.
- Manage the paid search team and strategy while building SEO and content capabilities from scratch.
- Partner hands-on with Product and Engineering to drive CRO and funnel optimization.
- Establish a rigorous experimentation culture across landing pages and user flows.
- Build dashboards and operating cadences to maintain visibility into high-impact growth opportunities.
- Define the strategic relationship between web and app surfaces to optimize total customer lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in growth, web product, ecommerce, or CRO.
- 2–3+ years of experience owning a revenue or GMV number spanning multiple channels.
- Strong web product sense with the ability to diagnose funnel issues and drive technical fixes.
- Working fluency in paid search strategy and full-funnel economics (CAC/LTV, AOV).
- Proven track record of building new capabilities or teams from a lean starting point.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Background in marketplace, travel, or inventory-driven businesses.
- Experience managing SEO/content through agencies or contractors.
- Formal experimentation program design and pricing/promo strategy exposure.
- AI fluency for accelerating testing velocity and decision-making.
