What you will do

  • Lead and scale paid search and paid social strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Manage and optimize six-figure monthly media investments with a focus on forecasting and scalability.
  • Partner with SEO agencies and internal content teams to execute and evolve the organic growth strategy.
  • Drive integrated growth campaigns across paid, organic, content, events, and outbound motions.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative teams to align messaging and develop high-performing ad creative.
  • Manage and hold external paid media and SEO agencies accountable for performance and pipeline goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing or performance marketing.
  • Deep expertise in managing large-scale paid search and social campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy, organic growth, and search intent optimization.
  • Proven experience managing external agency partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive investment decisions.
  • Must be based in the USA.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, or agent-based workflows within growth programs.
