Salary: $132,500 – $143,750

What you will do

• Own paid search and social strategy, including keyword targeting, creative direction, and bid management.
• Design and execute A/B tests on high-traffic web pages to improve conversion rates.
• Build and maintain demand dashboards and multi-touch attribution models.
• Translate intent signals into personalized ABM web journeys and ad programs.
• Partner with Sales leadership to build outreach sequences and support full-funnel motion.
• Run weekly metric-based pipeline reviews to drive data-backed channel investment decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand marketing.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco HQ at least 4 days a week.
• Hands-on technical experience in SEM and Paid Social.
• Proven track record in CRO and operationalizing ABM programs.
• Analytically rigorous with experience building dashboards and diagnosing funnel friction.
• Comfortable using AI to automate tasks and deploy dashboards.
