Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Commission

What you will do
- Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Establish sales operating cadences, coaching frameworks, and performance benchmarks for outbound and inbound motions.
- Manage CRM hygiene and pipeline health using HubSpot to provide reliable forecast visibility.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase new user activation across ambulatory facilities.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine targeting, messaging, and EMR integrations.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
- 4–7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the healthcare domain.
- 2+ years of experience managing quota-carrying sales teams.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in outbound sales environments.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
