Location: Must be based in the US; remote-first with a dedicated NYC office

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Commission

hirify.global is a digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies, replacing outdated paper and fax processes in post-acute care.

What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Establish sales operating cadences, coaching frameworks, and performance benchmarks for outbound and inbound motions.
  • Manage CRM hygiene and pipeline health using HubSpot to provide reliable forecast visibility.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase new user activation across ambulatory facilities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine targeting, messaging, and EMR integrations.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • 4–7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the healthcare domain.
  • 2+ years of experience managing quota-carrying sales teams.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in outbound sales environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
