What you will do
- Lead the overall strategic vision for large-scale client relationships, aligning deliverables with business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships to ensure strategic alignment and account growth.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, analytics, creative, and strategy teams.
- Analyze campaign performance using BI reporting to drive data-backed strategic decision-making.
- Oversee and QA the execution of digital advertising (Google, Meta), SEO, CRO, and analytics initiatives.
- Manage proactive client communications, including executive-level presentations and status updates.
Requirements
- Location: Must be eligible for US-based employment (referenced by 401k and healthcare benefits)
- Minimum 5+ years of account management or client services experience specifically within a digital agency.
- Proven track record managing high-revenue healthcare clients.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising (Google, Meta), SEO, CRO, and BI reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-profile stakeholder management.
