Account Director (Healthcare): Managing executive-level relationships and driving enterprise AI adoption across healthcare organizations with an accent on clinical and administrative workflow optimization. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).
Compensation: $189,000 – $240,000 + Equity + Commission.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of large healthcare providers, payers, and technology accounts.
- Lead complex sales cycles involving clinical, IT, and executive leadership teams.
- Partner with engineering and strategy teams to design high-impact AI pilots.
- Ensure responsible AI deployment by collaborating with compliance, privacy, and security teams.
- Own revenue and consumption targets while managing forecasts and pipeline reporting.
- Represent the company at major healthcare industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software, cloud, or AI solutions to healthcare organizations.
- Proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets exceeding $2M.
- Experience managing C-suite relationships (CIO, CDO, CMIO, CISO).
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, digital transformation, and IT workflows.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards, including HIPAA.
- Ability to design and execute complex enterprise account strategies.
