What you will do

• Develop and deploy predictive and statistical AI/ML models to drive personalization and commercial strategies.
• Execute the end-to-end data science lifecycle, including data munging, normalization, feature engineering, and hyper-parameter tuning.
• Build and maintain Data Science CI/CD frameworks and implement tools to monitor model performance.
• Design and execute A/B tests and hypotheses to optimize corporate KPIs.
• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Customer Engagement, Product, and Engineering teams to define data requirements.
• Present insights and recommendations to business partners and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.).
• Minimum 5+ years of prior relevant experience in data science.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML model development, implementation, and orchestration.
• Strong skills in data collection, mining, pre-processing, and normalization.
• Ability to operate within an agile, sprint-based development environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a STEM-related field.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-service oriented industries.
• Proven ability to develop minimum viable products (MVPs) under tight timelines.
