Data Scientist (AI): Driving product strategy and growth for the Mobile Consumer Create team with an accent on user behavior analysis, experimentation, and metric framework design. Location: Must be based in Los Angeles and work on-site 5 days a week. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with product and engineering to shape the roadmap for Mobile Consumer Create.
• Design and execute end-to-end experiments to optimize mobile creation funnels.
• Analyze user behavior to identify magic moments that drive long-term engagement.
• Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks for the product team.
• Contribute to the development of strong data foundations and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in data science within consumer tech and mobile apps.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical modeling.
• Proven track record of running end-to-end experiments and shipping data-driven decisions.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Strong communication skills and a product-first mindset.
• Proficiency with and excitement about building AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience as a musician or creative hobbyist.
• Background in early-stage or 0-to-1 product development.
• Familiarity with mobile-specific analytics and attribution tooling.
