What you will do

• Translate sponsor data needs into detailed analytics plans, algorithms, and models.
• Build and deploy data models, reporting systems, automated dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Implement CDISC data standards, including SDTM and ADaM datasets, for clinical trial submissions.
• Write and present clinical study reports and scientific interpretations to external sponsors.
• Analyze and report on cognitive outcome measures and neuropsychological testing data.
• Collaborate with project management and statistics teams to optimize data curation and infrastructure.

Requirements

• PhD strongly preferred; MA/MS considered with extensive relevant experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in an industry or academic setting.
• Exceptional expertise in R for advanced statistics and data analytics.
• Deep experience with Python and PySpark.
• Proven expertise in predictive and ML modelling.
• Must be based in the United States.
